Platform Rules, Player Rights,
and Our Mutual Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 7j772 website accessible at 7j772.io, including all subdomains, mobile versions, and associated services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, used to access real-money gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or matched deposit amount credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which 7j772 confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform including deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

By accessing the 7j772 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms apply to all pages of the 7j772 Platform, all games and betting markets offered through the Platform, all promotional offers and bonus schemes, and all customer support interactions. They are supplemented by the 7j772 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Access to real-money services on the 7j772 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the duration of a Player's Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7j772 enforces age verification and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not hold Player Accounts).
• You must register using your true, accurate, and complete legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Registration using a pseudonym, alias, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• You are permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Multiple accounts — whether registered in your own name or in the names of other persons for your benefit — are prohibited. 7j772 reserves the right to permanently close duplicate accounts and withhold any balances held therein.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of a household containing an employee or contractor of 7j772 or any of its affiliated game providers.

7j772 reserves the right to decline a registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. This includes your username, password, SMS OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication tokens associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

7j772 will never request your password or full payment details via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 7j772 that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7j772 support immediately so that your Account can be secured.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 7j772 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of the dormancy fee schedule are available from the customer support team.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 7j772 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposits via bank transfer may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal destination: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 7j772 does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the Account.
• KYC verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 7j772 may request documentary proof of identity (national ID, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Transaction limits: Individual transaction limits and daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

7j772 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 7j772 accepts no responsibility. Any currency conversion costs arising from transactions initiated outside of BDT are the Player's sole responsibility.

7j772 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• 7j772 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a Player's bonus at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a promotional scheme.
• Where a Player has active bonus funds, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement has been met or the Player has chosen to forfeit the bonus balance.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to meet wagering thresholds — will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

All games available on the 7j772 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

Game outcomes for all RNG (Random Number Generator) based games are determined by independently certified random number generation systems operated by the respective game provider. 7j772 does not control or influence game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on the game provider's server, the server record will be considered definitive.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, 7j772 will apply the following procedure: where a round was in progress and the outcome cannot be determined from server logs, the wager placed for that round will be refunded to the Player's balance. 7j772 accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

Bets placed on sports markets are subject to the applicable market rules at the time the market was offered. Markets may be suspended or voided in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect pricing caused by a manifest error, insufficient information to settle a market, match abandonment, or force majeure events. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake with no profit or loss applied.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7j772 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, fulfil wagering requirements, or gain an advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software, game logic, or pricing systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or coordinated betting with other Players to circumvent the Platform's game integrity systems.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any transaction connected to proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under local law.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or content without written authorisation from 7j772.

All content on the 7j772 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces provided by 7j772, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7j772 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from 7j772.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by 7j772 under commercial licence agreements. Players may not record, stream, or broadcast game sessions for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of both 7j772 and the relevant game provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7j772's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7j772 expressly excludes all liability for: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect or consequential losses, losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds or game information, and losses arising from events outside 7j772's reasonable control including — without limitation — internet service failures, payment network outages, and force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7j772 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is accessible at 7j772.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication regarding your Account and relevant promotions. 7j772 does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data is stored using industry-standard security practices. Connections to the Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. 7j772 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — registered Players will be notified by email to the address held on their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent material amendment.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must notify 7j772 before the effective date of the changes, cease using the Platform, and request the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of a dispute between you and 7j772 arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 7j772 customer support team at [email protected].

7j772 operates a formal complaints procedure. Complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the relevant Account details, and any supporting evidence. 7j772 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, Players may pursue the matter through available dispute resolution channels. 7j772 will cooperate fully with any legitimate regulatory or dispute resolution process.
